This is not a 're-skin', but a full rebuild, with several thousand changes. Phantasy 2018 is the evolution of 2014's Phantasy Calradia, for Mount & Blade Warband v1.172 down to 1.168. Everything would look stupid and you're limited to the types of projectile. But it's set in Fantasy.40k wouldn't work properly in Warband's engine.
